Essential NitroTracker sample pack (chip waveforms)
July 5th, 2008Here’s a bunch of loopable samples of essential chip sounds (Square, PWM, sawtooth, triangle, sine wave+a couple of variations) Works on NitroTracker or any other tracker that supports .wav samples.

I didn’t think you could loop the samples in Nitrotracker?

Oh… Maybe this feature doesn’t exist yet in 0.3… If so, just wait for 0.4, it’ll be out in a few days.

NitroTracker v0.4 is out now
In v0.3, looped samples were supported, but you had to pre-loop them with another program (e.g. with ModPLug Tracker)
In v0.4 now you can:
* set sample loops (none/forward/ping-pong)
* draw and activate volume envelopes
* mute channels
* save wav files from songs
* set the volume column in the patterns for each note/sample
* set sample panning
* set multiple samples to one instrument
NitroTracker now remembers your last used folder and has a free RAM indicator.
