    Funny one, though it makes sense since it doesn’t need an english etymology but comes straight from a greek word :)

    English is the ultimate bastard child of languages. That’s why you have so many words that look similar but means completely different things, and words that are pronounced similarly, but spelled differently.

    Btw, what does encyclopedia mean anyway? Sounds like a pedal. (Something that moves in a circle and something with feet.)

    (Ok, I can use Google. The answer is apparently “circle training” -> “general education”.)
